Who is Skinny Pig Designs
Skinny Pig Designs is a handmade jewelry company in Mililani, Hawaii. It was started by Moana-Marie Nazareno as a hobby in her bedroom and has now blossomed into a family business that can be found in several locations and events on Oahu. Gaining inspiration from our Hawaiian island life, we create feminine, unique, and whimsical pieces that are fun to wear.
Why we are Skinny Pig
People are often delighted by the name Skinny Pig Designs and ask about the story behind it. In the early stages of the company, Moana would often take pictures of jewelry pieces in her bedroom studio. She is not ashamed to admit that she still sleeps with her childhood stuffed animal, which is a long, skinny pig. Social media followers noticed the pig in some of the photos and commented that it looked like the pig was making the jewelry. The idea matched the whimsical style of the brand, so the company was then known as Skinny Pig Designs.
Shipping, returns, and other info
Most orders are shipped 5 business days after purchase. They are sent through USPS First Class Mail with tracking included. Insurance is not automatically included, but it is available at an extra charge. Please email me at hello@skinnypigdesigns.com if you have any questions. Custom orders are also welcome! Please email me for any inquiries.
Returns are accepted only on non-custom items. Items must be shipped back and received in its original condition within 10 calendar days for a full refund. Items that have been worn or damaged after receipt will not be accepted.
